Bidhi ko Sashan (Rule of Law) is a program that is aimed towards generating thematic understanding and discussion among the public on a range of key issues in the field of security sector reform while establishing linkages between the policymaking process and the views of the public expressed in these discussions.

This is a program in discussion format where public discussions are held at local FM Stations with security personnel and experts. Based on these local level discussions, a series of talk show programs is produced in Kathmandu and broadcasted nationally through AFN\'s network of Partner FM Stations.
