Reality based docu-drama and radio magazine promoting rural health workers and services.
Antenna, with support from the Nick Simons Institute (NSI), produces a twenty minute docudrama which are based on real life stories of health care personnels. Antenna in Coordination with NSI identifies role models (health workers including doctors) serving in the rural areas and then conduct an in-depth study of their life\'s major turning points. Based on the conversation with the role model and beneficiaries, Antenna develops a 20 minute docudrama of each person. The content is then sent to partner stations to be packaged locally. Station\'s designated reporter also talks to a local health worker in the broadcast area (whole zone if possible) and produces a five minute portrait of a selected local health worker. This then is packaged into a 30 minute radio program and then locally broadcasted. |
