antenna's five year's goals & strategies
Following our 5 year strategic review in mid-2007 we came up with a clear path towards our vision over the next 5 years. We have incorporated lessons that we learned during our first 5 years to further strengthen our ability to deliver.
Goals & Strategies
1. To produce high quality radio programmes to meet the information needs of Antenna’s audience and encourage active participation in the change process of Nepal.

3. To demonstrate good transparency and accountability in all areas throughout the organization.

4. To make Antenna a great place for staff to work and develop in order to deliver the organisation’s mission.

5. To provide a secure financial base for the organisation to enable it to deliver its vision.
